Position Summary Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, plus a minimum of 5 years of disability and leave claim experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time frames - Ability to evaluate client payroll services - Must be able to work effectively with multiple sites, departments and teams - Ability to work with a variety of internal and external customers - Demonstrated decision making, communication, organizational, problem solving, negotiation and computer skills required.
